@bt don't understand the downvotes, you asked a plain question. The last 4 years including this year are: 1.25, 1.10, 0.95, 1.40. I forgot to capture before that.
@ad OE was an absolute trainwreck, I'm shocked we got above 1.0.
1.25 is pathetic. All the executives got massive pay increases and massive bonus approved while we get thrown some dog scraps. Dont be a zombie sheep. Expect more is right
@a4 yep, I think they'll follow up with another re org. There's more fat than a convention of before photo models for Jenny Craig's in the ABU.
@bt I think we had a 0.95 and a 1.1. But I could be off.
anyone remember last couple years? I can only find the final payout in workday. was trying to do the calculation and ofc the calculations on the HR website arent USD.
Keeps some people's moral high ..
Dear peons take you CIP and leave me alone for a few months while I figure out how to lay the rest of you off. Your CEO, Mike.
Could have been 0
Company makes record profits, lays off thousands. Spends billions in India, but give us an extra .25 on our CIP and everyone is happy? Like sheep, we all just follow. Think for yourself and expect more.
Lol - 1.25 is a slap in the face.
bonus is a good way to make folks feel better and significantly more cost effective for the company then pay increases. Its all about structural and merit rises
The real question - what about raises…
Happy now serial complainers???
Click through the link to the website, the new formula has the CIP in the denominator
Attrition must be worse than expected. Or something.
Just seen it.. shocked is appropriate. Shall eat my hat
