@cq if there any whiff of that, sounds like a lawsuit setup to me. Hopefully on my way out they cite my anonymous survey was too poor.
There’s a lot that goes into it... performance, attendance, and behavior all play a role. There’s a list of names, and if it comes down to two people and one has poor attendance, that person is usually the one getting RIF’d. It also depends on who isn’t saving or generating money for the company. If you’re in a “fluff” position, you’re basically costing the company money.
So yeah, when it comes down to it- random leaders we might never even talk to end up deciding our fate.

@ag Why is GNT only getting 15%? Isn’t it supposed to be 20-25%?
@ah I wouldn't be surprised. It also depends on how lean the org right now and other factors

@af GNT here and we only saw 15% here. Not sure about other orgs l.
@ad might be true in some places, in others they are saying 50% or much more. Those can be top performers.

@ab then their ADs and SD did a bad and unfair job. The names I heard made every sense to me and it was based on performance ranking period.
Will they review last year’s performance? What are the performance rating levels?

This is all B5 and B4 deciding B6/7 fate. B6 ADs are fighting for you. If we survive please don't take it out on us.

It depends. I know of a band 6 that was asked for names and times where band 6 was told of names.
