It redifines who counts as an individual contractor versus employee which could effect your benefits if a company decides to categorize you as a contractor

@az DT is anti-worker/pro-business so never expect anything from him that will benefit the little guy.
They could reclassify remote workers/those not in a hub. They already don't allow those not in a hub to apply for open roles or move up a grade level
@ad I hope that this administration DJT makes it illegal for them to keep offshoring. He might as well do something to benefit us workers.
Wonder when there will be tariffs on offshoring?
Doubt it. FTEs have a different classification then contractors.
