@acuj+1tM6jc8O. Im the orginal poster. Exactly. It's unforgivable. Here is an example. My manager pinged me on a zoom chat (not slack) as pvt message while I'm presenting something and asked me to do it differently as it's mentioned in my CP. That level iof micromanagement and stress for this CP.

Unforgivable , Unforgetable amout of stress. Hope I can find another job before year end outside C1. I know I will look back and be grateful for some things and also wonder how I managed all the mind games and stress, right now it's very overwhelming. Finding a job takes longer now.

From below strong straight to a PIP at year end when most people are budgeting for the coming year is straight up Evil sh_t. My manager told me yesterday when he rated me below strong, that HR told him not to put me on a CP. Guess they think we are desperate enough to believe that. They can at that point find/look for a reason to flat out FIRE us. Giving false HOPE that all can be fixed or taken care of by year end and playing with people's emotions and head like that is horrible. We've all worked way to hard for C1 to play games with us. Unbelievable.

No coach plan at mid year. Just lots of coaching emails since mid year. So I am sure it’s coming
