So are we all just going to nod along, or is somebody going to ask the obvious questions like, "What's the strategy again?" and "When exactly are we planning to factor human capital into it?"

@dt That doesn't work either. They cherry pick the town hall questions.
The only way to get real answer is to have the B*lls to speak up during a town hall. You will not see the results or any change as a result of the Pulse survey. Sam will make up something and claim we asked for it in the survey, such as returning to the office. This place is a joke.
On the union side we do not have to worry or care what Verizon will do since we have a contract till 8-2-30 now . Maybe more of you should have considered being on the union side from the jump . #facts
@ac sure thing I will. Hope you too.
Sure continue to drink the Kool Aid. AI is the future.
It would be great if middle management had a pulse.
You asked - we listened!
A pointless exercise that has never resulted in any meaningful change. Its nail in the coffin was when the CHRO used it as the reason for increased office time. After that it plunged to zero credibility
Don’t be afraid. They won’t read it anyways. Just feed it into Claude, and tell us how excited everyone is to RTO 5 days a week.
@OP why don’t you ask it ?
