We are grateful for your dedication, hard work, and the impact you have made during your time with us.

After signing your termination paperwork, you will be eligible to receive a severance package subject to the terms and conditions of the severance plan. You will receive an email from DocuSign to your Oracle email address with details on your severance and termination date.

Immediate Action Required
To receive important follow-up information, including FAQs and separation documents to help you through this transition, you must provide a personal email address.

@de Easily circumvented by using "unlimited vacations" where there is no accrual.

@b5 it depends on the state you live in if accrued vacation will be paid. As I recall there are only 10 US states where the law requires unused vacation time to be paid out. I live in one of them and got paid for 8 days I had remaining on the books.

Sorry to hear, was in the same boat. I assume everyone got the Docusign detailing their severance, but we should also expect to be paid for our left over/accrued vacation days too right? I did not see anything about that, and have not gotten the email to my personal email yet. Please let me know if anyone knows. Thank you.

@ar a subsequent document I received indicates a 10 day notice period, but someone in another thread pointed out that it should be 60 days. I’ve let HR know and hope they correct the issue.

@ag Yeah, that is slimy af. Surely they are violating SOMETHING by terminating via email with no notice.

@ae All decisions are made by no brainer senior Executives who may even don't know who you are and your role in company but you will end up on their layoff list.

Same here. Texas - DB org. Hit my inbox at 5 AM..no meetings. 25 years and an email. A parrot would have been better.

Same experience. IC4 US California. Slack kicked me out. Only email access so far. Had to provide personal email address to Docusign, eventually I am to receive severance details via this arrangement.

I'm a manager and I have yet to receive official notification of squat. My Director called me last night and told me who I was losing, but until I get some kind of communication I'm a bit crippled. What a cluster-f***. I really want to know who made these decisions because I had no input and the choices are crippling.

Same email... 5AM on the nose, US/Central. Management didn't even have the courtesy to call or schedule a 1:1. It's toxic when you have to read it on your phone.

Just got it too. I submitted my personal email but haven’t received my packet yet - I thought it would be near instantaneous. I want my details!
