Just going to leave this here.

The article states WFH causes “a one-third reduction in quits”.

That’s the key there. Here, they want you to quit. So this article backs why T is doing RTO. To get you to quit without severance.

@OP This article is an opinion piece so I would not consider this news especially when we all live this RTO mess in real time. Get your heads out of your coolies and stop hoping that an Opinion piece is read by decision makers of terrible policy.

“ Let’s talk about this in the office. See you there!“

^^^^^ these are the types of mouth breathing dimwits T wants.

It’s a good article.

But sadly, I think you already know that leadership HERE does not care about productivity metrics and employee satisfaction and morale.

Particularly interesting is how the article illustrates that smart leadership and recruiters understand the direct correlation between the talent level they attract with remote / hybrid policy vs draconian inflexible 5 x 8 RTO and monitoring with badge swipe, LAN time and ankle bracelets. It is crystal clear. Again, T leadership does not care or is just too dimwitted and stubborn.

@cw “Is leadership listening?”

Leadership doesn’t care! The Stank will let the company burn to the ground before he admits RTO is a failure!

Same sad one little man spamming every post. You’re not creating a false consensus. We all know it’s just you.

No, simpleton. I won't.

Keep su-king that boot, though. It's certain to pay off sooner or later.

@b8

RTO threads are infinitely more interesting and novel than the tired and monotonous "witticism" that you mindlessly regurgitate ad nauseum.

I completely agree. However, RTO has never been about productivity. It’s all about making life as miserable as possible and having as many people quit as possible (avoiding severance). Ultimately, it’s about one of two things, or maybe both. Stinky trying to cover the fact he’s a hack and does nothing but lose money for the company through bad deals and rising expenses. And/or him trying to leave his mark on some grand campus idea and his name on buildings. We all know his ego is big enough that he wouldn’t turn down something named after himself!
