During our end of year reviews several of us have been told that there is a good chance of a VSP in March. I find this hard to believe so soon, but it keeps coming up! Has anyone else been told this?

@e6 lol yup, exactly...these people who flood this site with obviously false rumors really need to get a life. I've revealed so much here, all truth. Everything people like me do gets completely discounted by the BS. It's terrible.
I think the vsp will be 6 years like the last few. It's gets the high rollers off payroll with worrying about lawsuits. I would think a buyout/ package for the high pay union employees also, but this year.
So a VSP one week after the remaining RIFd employees are off payroll. That must be some good stuff you’re smoking.
Bs, it will be a rif
You know, when people said there would be a VSP in 2024, after the last one being in 2018, I thought that was crazy talk. Then it happened.
I don’t know if one will happen this year, two years seems like a short time to have another one. But so did six years. Plus with all the changes that have happened in only the last few months, nothing would surprise me.
The VSP is happening. Get ready!
@ac ...right...first vsp now layoff...such BS.
GNT & VZB
@a9 only select A/Ds and above are being told. this layoff will be heavy in leadership roles due to org bloat. there's a good chance your some of your peers are aware of layoffs and you are included.
No talk of this anywhere at AD and above in GN&T...what svp?
Give more details. What group did you hear this in
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there will be no VSP. It's a pipe dream. The only thing to expect is a layoff.
Can anyon3 shed light which org heard this? Vbg, vgs,...gnt?
An SVP mentioned it during a regular conference call.
