Which is NOT being laid-off... And you have to make an effort to get fired from WF.
You can get fired any time without receiving severance
Possible, but not likely. Messes with pay and notice dates, Xmas week PTO, EOY, etc. I was in 12/10 batch last year and (now former) well-placed friend in HR explained why it was the final.
