KAM is just disgusting to me. After 3 years already accumulated 645K RSUs.
JPW and NAC both received 118K shares this year and each have about 1 million shares.

KAM hasn’t even been on campus but 2 weeks this entire year due to medical issues. I’m sure she’s super effective working from home.
@bv No. Senior execs vest 50% after 5 years, I think, the rest vest the latter of 10 years or retirement. That means the RSUs granted less than 10 years before retirement won't vest until the Executive is over 70. Or dead.
KM has taken $70M in 3 years and ran up consulting spend to astronomical levels. Probably a kickback for the same consultants that brought her in.
Executive pay in the US is beyond broken. Look back in time. Executives used to not make so much more than worker bees and were American businesses then less successful? Death of the middle class. Driven by greed and consultants. Benchmarking was the best money making scheme consultants have thought up.

Nothing like waiting 7 years for a 4k payout.
DW will need to pay taxes on the unvested shares when they vest. So the after tax value of the unvested RSU is about 62.4% of the before tax awarded RSU. RSUs are taxed in the highest tax bracket 37.6%. Luckily, no state income tax in Texas.
@OP You keep complaining yet you do nothing.
Expect it to stay the same or get worse until you begin standing up for yourselves.

No RSUs for me, my rank happened to be just below where I'd get them...darn. at least DW can get another yacht, happy for him and our amazing leadership!
Disagree, DW is doing a great job leading a major corporation. He makes huge decisions and deserves the pay
But you can get 200 for being owd.
