I’m just thrilled that our CEO has discovered AI and immediately asked ChatGPT to "search buildings near me to store waste stuff—including me", apparently. And now he’s telling everyone in the Town Hall to learn AI for the good of the company. Amazing. Just… amazing.
When CS started talking about looking at buying a strip mall to store all his stuff I dropped. Tone deaf.

@be I’m in IRM and we got told yesterday there was enough push back we are going to 3/2. We get to choose our two days at home. Must be 8 hours in office. They are keeping the door open for 4/1 depending on capacity levels and other factors. Hopefully a small number folks don’t fu-k over everyone else by not being in for 8
Every time they panned to the audience I felt like it was North Korea. Lots of people sitting in the audience with big smiles and clapping for the dear leader. How about some tough questions next time? Layoffs, forced attrition, mandatory stacked ranking?
I’m not saying they paid actors, BUT..… that audience definitely wasn’t acting like real employees. The dead silence around work–life balance questions? It was giving ‘scripted,’ not ‘authentic.

Missed the first principle of real estate . Location is everything. How do you compare a building in Dallas to one in NYC????? Heck… even the talent pool is vastly different.
