I disagree with about writing full named because it is disrespectful.
Disrespectful is when a major corporation lays off thousand of workers in the USA and replaces them with workers in lower cost geographies. Then expects us to write procedures and train the foreign workers because they don’t have the skills nor work experience to perform their jobs as well as USA workers.
Chevron is hiring new workers let them live with their decisions. Whether their full names are written on this website or just initials.
