100% agree. I’m just waiting for AIP (if any) and I’m outta here. No job lined up, just going to roll with it for awhile and work on my mental health. It’s my personal growth program.
The only way to grow is to sell more policies. The only way to sell more policies is to engage and delight the customer. We don’t do that; not by a long shot.
Buying other insurers and ignoring their customers hasn’t worked for us in the past; won’t work going forward.
