I realized at one point that I’m fed up with the stress, chaos, pressure and bad atmosphere that comes with working for a big corporation. T-Mobile cost me health, other things in life I could have done instead, months of my private time when overtime is put together, but rewarded me with a lot of anxiety and the expectation to be laid off at any moment. I reached the point where I realized it’s all completely pointless. I started looking for another job some time ago. Took time, was patient, and voila! I’m starting next week in a much smaller company. Got great benefits. Even the commute is shorter. Fingers crossed, other things don’t resemble T-Mobile. Good luck to you guys, especially some nice folks I met over the years.

I felt the same way. I am glad you found something that works better for you. T Mo will be ok for 1-2 more years then it will go downhill. There is simply no need for the infrastructure when the product is already in people’s hands.
The customers no longer need us to hold their hands so we are maintaining a strategy that is about 8 years old. Sad really. Could had been great.
What's wrong did you stumble into working for the NOC. Weakness.
Verifed.
Proud of you! #oneofthe50002023

You're an enabler for the way T-Mobile (The New Sprint) deals with its employees. There's much better ways to make as good or better money and not have to deal with the fascists that run The New Sprint. And you can work for a company not beholden to the Democrat Party and Blackrock.
@abv+1ualiXel this is called total denial in a abusive relationship.
Just remember that the grass isn’t always greener. As bad as it is it is still a good company to work for. T-Mobile has provided me with alot of good memories and I have also made some incredible money. Good Luck with your new job I hope you are happier there.
Best of luck, and congrats.
