Boomer should have been retired a decade ago
“We are reallocating resources toward AI” sounds far better to investors than:
“We are reducing labor costs and flattening compensation bands.”
It isn’t AI replacing experts
and more like Finance and markets rewarding companies for reducing expensive labor during an AI hype cycle.
Sounds about right. The first person that should've been let go is the top dawg himself. He hasn't done anything but ruin livelihoods and give out golden parachutes to others that also didn't do shet.
