I want to know which OU and how many layoffs happened that you are aware off. No rumours - just facts.
I have been ooo for a fair few months - due to personal circumstances. Any information will help me out

LCOV CT/MA maybe 100 +/- -from what I hear from rumors'. Frist time I heard folks actually keep score,
@d0 the one silver lining to MDT calling this round of layoffs 'rumors' is that it means they no longer think layoffs will impress wall street. After the large round in 2023, multiple analysts put out concerns that MDT couldn't keep hitting their revenue targets with less staff. So, I wouldn't expect many formal announcements for layoffs going forward.
PACS - 3 total: 1 director (22 years), 1 program manager (8 years), 1 clinical research specialist (8 years). There was an impromptu meeting, our "leader" read HR jargon from a script about best interest of company yada yada yada...named the director directly, said two others were impacted but did not name them.
These were high-performing workers. The director had an extensive network with customers/physicians who implant and do research with our devices. The program manager led multiple global post-market robotics studies to gather real-world evidence. The clinical research specialist built and automated reports, tools, processes that improved efficiency for PACS. Sad to see them go.

@ab 2 senior managers I kmow under GOSC function got the boot. Their teams feels so lost.

1 R&D contractor
2 OU Ops engineers
1 Sr Marketing Director
Additionally 1 R&D Sr. manager has been asked to continue as individual contributor or lay off.
Entire R&D RPE organization merged under NPD R&D leadership.
I'm here working for MDT and not rifted as I know of.
Were watching and we do what the facts.
Anyone laid off would have no idea. Those who remain are likely to not be here.
