Good for her! I would shop at Lululemon in a heartbeat. Everyone knows they are the gold standard to beat in women's apparel. If Nike wants to save itself, save the culture first; it has become a complete nut house full of biases, nepotism, backstabbing, and emotional toddlers fighting over whatever is left of the cake. How can people operate at this level of toxicity with crazy managers who run teams into the ground? No wonder the ship is tanking, and shoes are no longer selling. Look what is happening inside? This company is digging its own grave, run by high-emotion toddlers driven by intense jealousy who throw tantrums to stop people from innovating. Good luck, Nike! Talented people always run to better gigs when you put a stop to their careers and don't appreciate or allow them to innovate and express themselves. a good example is this woman who is going to Lululemon, and the other executive who moved to Athleta last year. That's right, let the talent slip to the competitors.

This is why companies keep failing. They recycle the same sh---y leader over and over again.

Why hire someone that had a bad tenure at Nike, just because Nike is on their resume?

F up Nike and get fired? No problem, just go F up another company.

Jesus, stop hiring these mo--ns. Just rotating the same sh---y people around doesnt help anyone.

Absolutely shocking. It’s amazing that leadership at LL would ignore the role HON played in Nike’s decline. No accountability. As someone who worked with and around her for years - I’m truly disappointed. For everyone.

What an absolute joke! Executives who fail miserably get these ridiculous roles based on their prior Nike titles regardless of their track record. This happens time and time again!

What a joke. HON and all the others’ life after death go on to ruin those other companies based on their failures at Nike. Terrible.

HON and the others move as fellow travelers going around and infecting the industry with their incompetence and their spawn. Yuck
