Noticed the total number of views on a significant number of topics have been downwardly adjusted. Topics that literally had several thousand views now have hundreds or less views.

There are so many recent agitating comments from BNY resources de-legitimizing meaningful current and former associate feedback on what's actually happening, especially with BNY practices related to layoffs and behavior to encourage voluntary attrition without severance.
