By this point we’re usually given at least a target or some directional guidance. Instead, nothing. Total silence. That’s not an accident, it’s deliberate. When leadership stops communicating, it’s usually because the message would land badly. Something’s clearly being set up behind the scenes, and employees are the ones being left in the dark yet again.

Log in to Workday as there’s a very short and sweet notification that says the success bonus will be announced at the end of January or something like that. Now, does that necessarily mean we’ll be getting the bonus? Who knows at this point?? The announcement could be that we won’t be getting any but let’s hope that we will!
@fe Like the ENPS scores mean anything???? Multiple years of poor scores with nothing to move the needle done. The beatings will continue until morale improves. Sink the ship Stankey.

If it is less than desirable, they’ll push it out quick and send out the ENPS surveys out later so you will forget. If it good, they wait until right after the bonus check to send out the surveys, hoping to catch people when they are fat and happy.

They always announce the, after releasing Q4 earnings, soon, it’s not quiet. Should get the notification on Friday 1/30 if they follow the pattern.
Just remember, the money for Stankyland needs to come from somewhere, besides the layoffs coming in March.
