Why? So many great jobs that have none of this BS. I got laid off a year ago. It was the best thing that could happen to me. Landed a job six weeks later with better pay, benefits and truly unlimited PTO. You’re better than this. Go!

I got laid off from Allstate NI this year.
I was able to secure the unlimited PTO, just not the job.
Unlimited PTO could mean a position is not really needed or respected.
@ab that’s what they want you to think.
Unlimited PTO but can you use it? It’s typical for many companies to claim this but then not approve PTO requests due to business needs.
Job market has changed. Its harder to find roles now.
