Im somewhat excited about this process, despite how sh---y it is. I’m able to see how others “apply under pressure” and how little creativity some people have. There are ways to make it through this process, it’s your time to really show everyone all you’ve done.

@ab beautifully put
I just hope the people that are sh---y at their jobs and who have difficult personalities are left standing and exit the company instead of people that actually try. There's one person on my team that's a walking talking HR liability with multiple complaints against them from multiple people for their behavior. This person is rightfully sh-----g bricks because they've burned so many bridges with their behavior and haven't tried to develop their technical skills in several years. Hurry up and remove the dead weight that brings the average down.
I'm having a blast, good to know others are too. I have a couple of backup jobs lined up also. Be Prepared. How hard is that, folks?
Zip it, clown.
there’s seeing how someone performs under pressure, and there’s seeing how someone performs under more than 12 months of uncertainty, gaslighting, lies, misdirection and sleight of hand under the leadership of sociopaths. one is not like the other
