You all should consider it. I have never seen a more miserable (and slightly r@cist) group of people and I’m certain your charming personalities really shine at work. Have you ever considered being enjoyable to be around? If you hate Wells Fargo so much please just leave - go find something you actually enjoy! Create something new! You have free will! Layoffs happen and they su-k and I’m glad that we at least get severance - but some of yall should be fired for just being a pain in the a-s. No one will miss you when you’re gone.

@C9 you are truly pathetic and I feel sorry for you. I know this sad outlook on life isn’t just at work… your friends and family probably find you awful to be around as well. Enjoy wasting the one life you have being miserable for no reason.

@aa Non performers? Just read the comment from the loser about not doing much work and actually wasting corporate resources. Nothing justifies this type of behavior and depending on how the resources are wasted may be illegal.

Why don't you go fetch me a fat severance package and I'll be out the door faster than the roadrunner. Or are you incompetent with this as well?

Until then, I'll be on payroll, collecting as many checks as possible, doing as little work as possible, and finding ways to waste corporate resources. All with a sullen and unapproachable demeanor.

If it makes you all cranky, well that's just an additional bonus!

Maybe you can lick an extra boot or two today to help soothe your wounded emotions. 😘

Yes there are cases of non-performers but we are all responsible adults and no one likes to sc--w around in this AI-dominated era ... But you are missing the point entirely: we are documenting widespread abusive and discriminatory cases against senior employees, who had been working at WF for over at least a decade of tenure, and with proven track records of exceeds, but all of a sudden being knocked down with the IM excuses, so that the CEO can transfer and misappropriate that amount of "saved" severance money into his own personal compensation and bonus plans along with his lieutenants, and the associated trickle-down middle-to-low unfair management practices, and it is just a matter of time such unethical wrongful and unlawful conducts will be brought in front of justice ...
