I'm surprised and honestly impressed Srini is going to be taking questions from employees like that. There's some hard questions people have thumbed up and I don't think this is anything Mike S would have done and I don't think it's anything Freier or other SLT would consider. First time I've had any hope in leadership around here in awhile.

Even though there were no comments on layoffs, I thought this was an excellent session though. I appreciate him taking on the hard questions surrounding the donation to the Lincoln Memorial honoring Gerald Ford, the founder of the Ford Motor Company, relaunching the Ford Bronco. And speaking of Broncos, I hope they beat the Royals (since no one knows what a Royal is anyway) and go all the way to the World Cup this year.
Did he say anything regarding layoffs? When they are over and how many affected?
Captain Charisma never fails to deliver. LOL.
I tried to get in and view the slido questions this morning, and it’s now asking for a password. I didn’t see mention of one. Looks like they locked it down?
@js I think they're keyword moderating. I asked a question that included a comment about layoffs and it was removed for duplicate. I didn't see any other questions like mine but there was a lot of layoff stuff there. I took the layoff comment out and it was approved.
@js sorry can't edit. Tfb not tablet
I don't think he will answer anything meaningful. I asked a anonymous question about the disaster in tablet and was pretty critical. The moderator archived it and commented that there were other questions like it be asked.
But I didn't see much else related to tfb and nothing as critical. Seems awfully suspicious and looks to me like they are hiding my difficult question so he can answer softball questions
I downvoted all the BS who is your favorite rep and marvel stat etc and everyone else should too. Our company is in dire danger and these people are asking stupid questions rather than asking about things that effect our livelihood
@hm There's other questions that are like that in there and they said they would be removing duplicates.
Here was my question that did not make the review:
“You are a non-U.S. Citizen leading the largest telecommunications company in the United States. You are laying off and outsourcing significant numbers of American jobs and replacing them with your own countrymen. Why should we want you here, respect you, or care about anything you have to say?”
Well, it's been open a whole day and they're still letting questions about the Trump ballroom and layoffs stay up. I wasn't planning on watching, but if they actually keep the hard questions maybe I will.
@ac “But they have to earn a paycheck.”
Why do people expect so little of these people? They are literally offshoring all your jobs to India and they can’t even be pressed with a question about it? Then why call it an AMA?
If the US revenue was excluded from DT Group revenue from 2024 to 2025, what would the DT Group result show? Well if that is true, then how did DT raise the dividend for its stock if its growth was flat/negative? So what your saying is...Capitalism from the "owners" point of view.
Why does it matter? They filter through the questions ahead of time before this buffoon answer the questions. Anyways, he has to know for answering otherwise he passes it off to somebody else.
Lots of wierdos from Seattle love working for T-Mobile as the Pink and black work well with the blue they've dyed their hair.
Yep like that's going to make things better. You misguided SAP
@a9 I'm not a fan of his, but this is absolutely not true. He addressed the overseas plan, layoffs (repeatedly), merit being sh-t... i don't know which ones you were in but he answered every question that was asked of him
@a6 Yikes to the Mike thing. The Slido seems like it had some moderation so maybe they just learned from Sieverts mistake and found some middle ground between being scripted and getting gotcha'd by laid off employees lmao.
@a9 I don't think Jeff avoided all the hard ones, he even called out the moderator skipping some. What sort of answers do you expect them to give? They're not gonna be able to give us answers we like to everything, but I appreciate the attempt what transparency they can give and them earning their pay check being a little uncomfortable. I still don't like Jeff after that ask me anything, but at least I have some respect for him now.
@aa Oh, they can’t, because many of them are prosecutable.
Maybe the "SLT" should just admit their mistakes and stop acting like total sh-t bags and there wouldn't be so many aggrieved employees.
LOL, so impressed . . .
Jeff just avoided all the hard questions about why he was shipping all the jobs overseas.
Mike did real Q&A at the end of his all hands until the time someone said hi you laid me off six months ago and now I'm back. Are we going to be more transparent with the next org? The following question was why don't we care as much about our Palestine employees as we do for those from Israel? (or maybe it was as much as we did about the black lives matter movement) Either way everything was very scripted after that, unfortunately.
I'll be shocked if he goes through with it, I don't think our leadership cares enough.
Is this a new "it" thing for SLTs to do? Jeff Simon had a hot-ones style AMA where the questions were anonymous, and employees held no punches. I think this is a far better way to understand what employees truly feel.
