@aa comment was in reference to how he was able to climb the ladder. Luck, right time and saying yes. eyeroll
They want us to say "yes" to do the work after having less people because of the layoffs and low employee morale where we don't feel appreciated nor equally compensated. Hope we can all have better outcomes and things improve!

Funny that this guy isn’t even headlining his own townhalls any more.
In reference to opportunities in the company, he was telling people to say yes to requests from their boss which would help them apparently look better in the bosses eyes for promotion, etc. and then it sounded like he said, say yes if you're older, and then he mentioned some other groups, that can say yes, etc. But I guess we can listen when the recording is put out.
