Noone is ever safe at any job. But there are those that it is more painful for the company to lose, luckily most of them can probably all retire at this point as well.
@ba Really sorry to hear this. Chaos sux.
@aa you’re absolutely correct. Mark my word- they will all keep their jobs, get raises. Those of us that do the work, make less money will be the ones that suffer
as we are now…account management/BGCO has become a laughing stock with the poor leadership. We have a senior manager, Director and we are in constant chaos. No leadership , zero.
@b0 yes and please teams - stop all the birthday and baby gift for managers. They make Sr. Manager salaries - we should be helping the needy, less fortunate.
Have an emergency fund. Save for a rainy day. Then if it happens it happens.
I’m not worried at all. They can’t touch my department.
@aa or a sole one either.
If you are truly convinced that your job is not safe you are truly a fool for not fining another job.
Enough with the fear mongering. Getting ridiculous!
They can’t rid of all of us.
After T Mobile posted, or rather boasted, their numbers, while we moved our announcement out after firing the CEO means that our numbers are really ugly and that there is not a soul director or above that is safe. NONE.
There are folks who actually think they're safe...and they probably are too...this statement is useless.
