I used to LOVE working here, but the past 6-7 months things have gone down hill fast. Getting laid off sounds like a relief at this point.

It’s sad to say but I’m actually hoping for a layoff. This company has been going downhill since HIH was announced. I’d jump at a chance for all my unused PTO hours & severance than work another 1/1

Just FYI, my son lost his job today. He's been temping for over 4 years and they cut him. They said it was "restructuring". He's out of St. Louis.
@aa What kind of meetings? My dept has so many pointless meetings so I can't tell the difference.

There is a big one coming up.. not sure if it gonna be this month or next.. But a huge one.. we have given a lot of names .. like bottom 40% folks for sure.. After being in many meetings, I think my own position is at risk.. So fingers crossed 🤞
If they wait until October, they pay prorated bonuses.
