Same salary, but bonus cut 50% starting July. 401K not as good either. We'll see about medical and dental.

Got the offer. Title was downgraded but my comp is staying the same. We knew that HPE paid the equivalent role much better than Juniper paid, I am assuming the title downgrade was done to keep from having to true-up things later.

SE supporting Named Account, no change to Base/OTI, which I expected to not change because of HPE honoring Juniper Comp Plan through Jan 1.
That's when I plan on them messing with it.
East coast North Carolina here. Got my offer. In sales
East Coast, received mine around noon.
got mine. demoted me one level as a dev and cut my annual bonus by 66%

It clearly said that Group 1 WFR would happen today and throughout the week.
Are all WFR notifications happening today morning or will continue through this week?
@ab marketing operations seems to have suffered quite a bit.
Our direct team has been told we are all getting offer letters today - but we have also been warned that we are in no way guaranteed to keep our grade levels or exact same compensation.
Several other teams around us have been hit hard, I would estimate at >10%. And that includes several star performers, it was clearly just based on functional overlap.
Still nothing here, based on the East Coast .

Wow some teams have been hit very, very hard - some of the best people, too. Always sad.
I received my WFR....seems like those are going out first so take comfort in that.
