To continue that, somewhere in the MRO consolidation FAQ's they've said after full transition, in maybe 2026 since MRO's salaries contractually have to stay the same for 2025, they are going to do a full salary assessment to bridge any caps. I expect some changes at that point, not necessarily now from CEP with high grading.

I can only give my opinion. I don't think so. The email said most people will be notified of their status in November. I feel like they're making all the decisions before then. Reapplying for jobs seems like a more drawn out process than that.
Talent card has minimal affect. . . .unless they make us all reapply for our jobs in order to hi-grade the positions to lower level SGLs. Anyone heard if that is on the table?
