All the posts recently just seem like whines and gripes. We get it, we're all disgruntled over this. But let's stay focused. Who has new, real information? When do we finally see the org charts with real jobs? No one gives a sh-t about the org charts of upper management we've seen so far. Have your managers let other tidbits of information slip? Put that here.

The most exciting week of the year?
Depending on the level of supervisors with people who EOI’d, they may or may not know who did it. The list was sent to the current functional or BU leaders, and they went through the process of approving (almost all are approved), and setting exit dates. Those who did will find out soon whether they were approved.
As someone that knows multiple people who AEOIed, there has not yet been approval for them and they have not yet been told when their last day may be. However, supervisors have been told to go ahead and come up with transition plans. It's all moving very slow.
Because they need to go through the process of opening and closing jobs at the psg 26-27 level for L3s and also determining the selection reps to prep for L4 selections,
And some orgs are farther ahead than others and ELPT wants the enterprise to release them together. Orgs like IT have been done for quite some time but subsurface and turnarounds have not been done so some orgs cannot share it yet even though they’ve had it for over a month or two.
So much for bottoms up approach to planning and decision making!
If this is true then why haven’t they shown them. Multiple town halls I’ve been in have nothing. I kind of believe they don’t have L4 charts yet.
Can you share any other information?
AEOI has nothing to do with L4 org charts.
AEOI have already been approved. L4 org charts already done last month.
Gone in a week
Transition work is starting soon. Get ready to use co-pilot. It will be your primary job.
They won’t know 100% about l4 org charts until the aeoi list comes out. They have an idea of what’s moving but nothing solid.
ENGINE is about a 1/3 settled and is moving so slow that contract to hire people are bringing brought in. They will eventually wind up just filling seats with the cheapest contractors to meet Lord Wirths wishes.
Manila and BA are actually filling up faster due to at least having decent resources.
When all those in Manila, BA and India finish their training next week they’ll need work to do. Let’s make sure they get all the information on they need. ;)
