It's genuinely amazing how so many incompetent managers have gathered in one place and figured out how to drain the life out of thousands of talented people. One bad decision after another, and they keep insisting they're turning things around.

@a9 Retail is comical. Makes Enron and wells look like Heaven. Retaliation, favoritism and lack of ethics is the norm.
I hate to ask what department you are in it sounds the same everywhere. It is so true in TAS. They hired talented people and they left quickly because there is no reason to stay. Management is horrible.
Leave it to the company that decided to outsource empathy to AI. We can't even connect with customers on a human level anymore because AI now tells us how to act. smh
