Anyone have solid information about Richardson TX - GNT teams use this location.
Also currently is shared VZ Data Center space.
I’m betting push out office workers and expand data center portion of bldg .
Hearing all offices except the 3 Hqs will be closing. 70pct of VZ will be remote. Absolutely incredible. Titanic is going down, women and children only. No luggage. Announcements Monday or Tuesday
Real Estate rationalization is happening. Ppl don't show up to offices of the hubs and it's proven by the data. No skin in the game = not playing to win.

i heard notifications in about a week but we shall see, i heard a bunch , then i heard nothing since. i kinda expected to hear more trickling out of news. so who knows, could have been BS what i heard. but i heard specifics
@ac I do not, I was informed in our staff meeting yesterday but I am not in those sites so I disassociated if anything else was said.

Ashburn, Austin, Lake mary - Not sure who else, but it does not matter lol they will be fully remote and living the dream. Everyone else has to suffer driving into office with gas prices nearly $5 -_-
No it’s 100% a thing. 5 billion in Opex savings is not possible unless there’s a serious rationalization in real estate.
@OP I’m sure there’s some accuracy to it, but no way of knowing which ones. I’m sure theirs opportunity to reduce real estate across the board, but no one has any insights as to what/where/when
