This job has been just a paycheck for me for the longest time, and I don't like it at all. But I need that damn paycheck. The job market is terrible.

@a9 This company is a joke, and anyone who drinks the Kool aid is too. Legacy products and acquisitions. Flaming garbage. And never built anything good in recent times. Finance use AI forever for models and automated decisions, are you even in technology? Clients don't need more garbage sh-t out by Gen-AI, they can learn it quickly and do that on their own. Learn your job properly and maybe then you can compete.

You won’t recognize this company in 2–3 years. They’re building in 100’s of millions in “AI efficiency” into the financial models over the next few years. At least half the workforce will be gone. If you survive this round it will just be a matter of time. 100 employees will be 35 employees in 3 years if they’re accurate.
Paycheck with Fiserv. Paycheck with Infinite. Both companies are trash but Fiserv is an embarrassment.
