EQT has a good reputation. But, the stink of Crown Castle will not be easily removed.

@jg I agree. None of these people care about individuals. Get over it.

Eqt will make their money on the backs of you. Don’t expect anything else then being used and discarded when done with.

I have a lot more faith in EQT. A lot of people would prefer to be going there. Not because there is a plan but because tower is a joke.

Define faith ?

EQT has a pretty good success rate with average exit of 12+ %

So yes they'll make money on their investments

However do I think they'll be good for employees and run a smooth bussiness aboustley not

@a8 if you’re gone, go. We don’t need your two cents that are not adding value to the conversation.

Of course it’s going to fail. It’s the same people from crown they just shuffled some chairs around and have a new CEO. They even have the same strategy that failed of building nodes close to fiber. Good luck! So glad I am gone.

All part of the master plan to dangle "retention bonus" incentives in front of critical staff, then lay them off prior to (delayed) closing in order to avoid paying.
