@OP so I guess a rating of 3 is across the board. I have scored exceptional for the last 6 years. Everything in the notes said I exceeded expectations this past year but only a 3 with a 112% multiplier. I hope we get raises next year...

Almost every C suite is new or less than 3 years with the company. Same for most VP and some AVP. We are becoming very top heavy. I am sure the hefty pay, bonus and more, is hard to resist. They have no ties to the company other than their compensation. So, let’s take away for those who are doing the work to pay those at the top who are helping drive the company into the ground.

When will the AIP be paid?

@b6 a 3 rating is the new exceptional...so they say. It is re--rded and defies logic. Just another way for the corporate playbook to sc--w the peons.

@at I'll be happy just to leave with same or maybe slightly less pay. Not worth it

@b9 they said they had heavy pressure from the c suite to rate everyone at 3. Basically they didn’t get a choice regardless of an associates impact on the org. You could hear in their voice how upset and frustrated they were with the situation. And said they were frustrated with their own rating bc it was also low for their performance. They are a very honest transparent leader so I do believe what they say.

@bk Maybe the conversation with the VP is why it is being suggested everyone do the same. Not everyone will have a transparent VP I get that, but some do. It is not recommended to share anything against the guidelines here, but I would not just take an FAQ document at face value.

@bf why don’t you ask and tell us. I mean they’ve already provided literature on why.

Everyone, ask your VP about the VP call with Jim to explain why they took 56 pts off the AIP result everyone earned this year.

@b6 I'm so sorry. What did your boss say about giving you a 3 after all of that work? I am so confused by all of this too

@ae which part of go/aip?

High performer who always exceeds expectations and gets an exceptional rating. I got a 3 rating and no increased performance multiplier just straight 100%. It’s frustrating because the messaging is I’m exceptional and then the bonus doesn’t support that.

I felt like I've been su-kered punch!!! I have never not gotten a base pay raise in over 40 years!! I have lost all due respect for HUMANA!

@am the bonus is finding a job that pays 50% more at a different company.

Sadly every company is laying off left and right so it's not easy to find a good company hiring.

@ae oh wow it sure is. That's WILD they would tell us that "not only do you get no raise, but we also cut the bonus you earned as a company".

It's like salt in the wound.

Happy until the new scale gives you 80 percent as a individual multiplier knowing you met expectations or actually exceeded but hey I guess

Over the years, our benefits have been taken away. The maximum carryover for PTO was drastically, reduced, our medical deductibles have gone up, life insurance cut in half, no raises this year and now this.

@OP I don’t want shares I want cash. As for the bonus, they can always adjust it. That isn’t new and given stock price not really a surprise they would have either. Glad I got at least the 100 still
