@ar why are you comparing big players like 40B with this 5B. No innovation, newness left. Waterloo and Canada is happy that they have a large software company to brag about. For other-side of world, its a dime factory.

@a9 Look at Software and Cloud stocks. Salesforce -4%. Servicenow -5%. SAP -5%. OT -7%. This is not OT specific.

@a6. The Nasdaq is down 0.5%, OT is down 9%

More than likely an institutional buy on earnings and sell now to recover a portion of prior losses. While the quarter was decent, the real anchor is the colossal debt from the MF acquisition. Unless there are sales of big business chunks, the anchor will keep the stock down.

CEO not well received and not on board until April is a huge uncertainty. Market not liking any of that either.

It looks like Wall Street asked for a breakdown on last week’s numbers.

The dumpster fire continues.

And according to all hands yesterday, the company only hit the numbers due to a few late deals that won't be repeated this quarter

Net income was US$168 million during its second quarter, down 27 per cent from the same period a year earlier, when it brought in US$230 million
