Bonus and scorecard is a history!
Can anyone share what bonus we are getting and how is it going to be fair to everyone? if my boss decides to give more to his favorite person at the team, that’s possible now.

@a9 there didnt sound like a modfier was in place this year
Nothing has changed. In aml, we get standard 15%,then theres a cosa modifier, last year it was 7%.then, your manager can give you 100% of that, 101% or 97% of that. This is at rhe team level, so there is 4% variance.
I got 15% times 1.07%, then 1.03%. All times incentive earnings…
The intent is to constantly change it so we don’t know and don’t know what to be mad at. Also so the middle managers don’t know how to game the system.

In the past there were guardrails
Lead got say 20% bonus. But it was modifiable by performance of the CoSA and your own constrbution. So for a Meets Expectatons you could be in the 95 to 102 % range (I do not remeber exact numbers). If your boss gave you a 102, congrats. But that 2 percent had to come from others on your team. If your boss gave you a 95, congrats. You just helped fund the 2 percent of someone else.
I have no idea how it works now, if there are any guardrails, or even a base percentage they are working with.
So Juan purposely ignored the elephant in the room, layoffs last week.
Bank townhall should be interesting tomorrow.
That’s always been possible. That’s literally how it’s always been designed
