Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

I tried to call ML

I tried to call ML several days today, because he told us to call him if we have any suggestions for the company.

For every and each time, I was directed to a voice mail box, and then was told the mail box was full. I’m not sure how is it possible for us to give any feedback regarding the company?

Please do not delete for the sake of this company. Your sincere dispersant.

Stock buybacks at crazy prices is one of the reason why we are where we are. If you want skin in the game then ALL compensation for him and executives must be based on hitting growth numbers! If you miss you get nada! People working over 40 hrs should get overtime pay else they will make Fiserv a plantation

@a9 that’s the funny thing about all the VPs telling us to care about the stock like the 5 shares I have vest a year make me give a single sh-t.

@a4 my suggestion is the following:

I like the note he sent out to us earlier. It’s a rallying cry for us to work harder to drive at better outcomes.

However, I think it will only make sense if he has more skin in the game. Telling your soldiers to go get ki-led on the front line without himself participating is not encouraging.

My suggestion is he should have skin in the game — in other words, when our stock trades at 7.5x, a gesture of buying several million dollars worth of our stock in the open market will help us tremendously in terms of morale.

Words are empty. Give something, so you can gain something.

All communication is screened by his executive assistant- calls and email. Don't think you will ever have a direct communication with him unless you catch him in the office in some manner.

Email him or get him on Teams. But I doubt he'll read it unless you work directly with him CEOs probably won't read 500+ emails/message they get everyday
