RRP Funding Rate

I heard last year was 75%. Do they announce this somewhere? Any guesses what the rate will be this year?

@bk Last comp statement says 160%. Do you know what the "targets" are per SG?

Last year was 75% funding, not 85%.

If your comp statement says 85%, then you got 75% x 85% x your target RRP.

Well I think 26 and below no longer ger RRP. I am a 28 and mine shows last year funded at 85%. Unsure what it will be this year.

@a9

How solid would say that 60% is? Any variation by salary grade like they did a couple years ago?

Your comp statement basically tells you what the funding was. It tells you what percent of funding you were given. So as long as you know your "target" bonus and can do some basic math, you know the funding %.
