Concern About CDAIO’s Leadership

Over the past year, what has actually been delivered under CDAIO leadership? All I see is endless discussion on netting without meaningful progress.

Meanwhile, resources keep going to external consultants and tools that don’t seem to move the needle for the business. Frequent UK trips only make it look worse.

Anyone else frustrated by this lack of accountability?

I am not sure what AI platform they are building, it has been almost six months and all we hear is that there are challenges. I do not know how they will sell it to our CM clients. I have known this group for 5–6 years and I agree the new leader is a control freak, he does not let anyone speak. Most of the team is disappointed with the new way of working.

@a9 not sure if I should take offense or agree here. From what I've seen in the applications, spaghetti code. Stacks of frameworks on top of each other and poor documentation. 90% of that work force is offshore. And theres too much focus on fixing the wrong things.

I've released my fair share of errors though, so I can't hate on others too much.

Infrastructure for ai cloud js actively being built right now. It's very large and they're churning through it at a good clip.

The talent pool with coding and programming is pis-a-s poor. Lots of errors. Clients are upset. Costs them lots of money and rework. Scripts are getting longer and longer. Su-ks caulk big time.
