@ax makes sense to need less HR when we are cutting ppl.
All I saw today at HQ in officr.... security is pretty tight.
@ac hi, I’m in human capital. My leader is kept in the dark, and so are we. Everything is kept under wraps and they told us that our leader will find out our fate st the same time as us.
@aa this does make sense in its own way but it is still very frustrating and stressful for everyone.
Home office associate as well and they haven’t said a word. This is so wrong on so many levels to keep people in suspense especially since they have known about this for months. I wonder if human capital knows anything.
@a9 What all have you heard about the FAN reorg and new titles?
Safe emails go last. If they sent them out first then anyone who didn’t get one could deduce their own fate.
Have only heard about FAN (analytics) re-org with new titles. I haven't received a call or safe email.
“Safe” emails will not be sent until after business hours Tuesday. This was confirmed by a DL, and my senior director.
@a2 I don't think they're going to send out official "safe" emails until they've sh-t canned everyone. Some leaders have let teams know they are safe, but I don't think they were supposed to at this time.

Nothing here. Im getting really nervous. Surely since they know who is out and who is in they would have sent safe emails first thing? Ugh.
