Last year also we filled talent profile, got email for cgiu
@a8 they were used as an input. Maybe not the details but if you didn't fill it out you were flagged
@a5 talent profiles were not used 6 months ago. This is under Walker’s direction using talent profile, HR and TRB either senior managers. Check your email if you are not familiar with the request to fill your talent profile out for industries.
I love the HR/management all over here downvoting everything instead of addressing systemic toxicity they've created

supervisor might provide stack ranking data to eliminate routinely 10% of bottom performers, but that's not for large layoffs we see past 6 months
for large layoffs nobody knows criteria, age 45+ seems to be a risk, expensive locations, legacy products. all in all, it looks like some half-baked AI is compiling lists.
