Any word on how the call centers faired?

TCC is gone, and all service center TLs are gone.
@a9 GCS is GiftCard. DGS is Digital Guest Services - T.com/Shipt/Target +. GR - Guest Relations. CSC is still the same.
@a8 I've been gone since '15. So what is DGS? I'm guessing GCS is Guest Credit. And I know CSC.
I know we all just rent the seats, but I always feel bad for the front line grunts.
@a6 and the 5 leaders reference was just for GR. DGS had almost every single L4 laid off and Sr. Managers. CSC was the same

@a4 all three? what are you talking about? 5 leaders (including Sr. Manager and Director). DGS/CSC/GCS were completely gutted. Just goes to show you that being guest-facing isn't in your favor.
