This is AT&T’s “2020 Vision” but 10 years later, and the reduction goal being 25% instead of 1/3 of the workforce. I don’t know if there will be the COURTESY of another VSP but the HCL selloff was just a slap in the face. You had people with 30 years get denied the STANDARD severance, given NO runway.

My group was not eligible for the VSP, so some of us may be given no runway either; even from inside VZ.
@a8 after November 1, our exit money is significantly reduced every day until 2027 when it goes to 0. Layoffs announed every six months until their contract expires.
Are you saying some folks were transferred to HCL (Indian headquartered company running in US) and some of those transferred are being laid off without severance?
