Fresh off my Care Giver time off helping my Grandmother, I came back somewhat refreshed with a positive attitude thinking AT&T might have their Sh!+ together. Unfortunately, that is not the case. It was an interesting report -- every day was low, and 2 days robbed me of more than 4 hours alone. Total understatement was around 7 hours. The only thing really worse than the presence report is our ability to secure the network.

"Mine overstates my hours every week. I let it ride."
Even though mine is understated every week I do not say anything to anyone. I just collect and keep evidence of my connection to the network.

@d2 and I suffer from Hot Dog Fingers, just like that one Office episode where Michael lets Dwight pick the healthcare plan for the branch.
My presence report was yet again very incorrect last week, as I fought a painful flare up of the pre-existing infection and enlargement in my right ball. I hope to be back in the saddle soon, and I'll always continue to fight for justice in our presence reports. I now also have to fight our health insurance on what a pre-existing sc----m enlargement condition is or is not.
Of course it is wrong, the missing hours method is by design, not a bug. Everybody knows.
Stop caring about it. It is supposed to be wrong 🙄
"I was asking the OP if his/hers chain of command is calling them out"
I have not been called out but one of my team mates was called out a few months ago.
"cruise ship with grandma for caregiver "leave""
Yeah, it was not a cruise. I took a flight down there so I could take her to the doctor.
"Its good to bring these things in public"
I did an interview with BI last week so we will see what they put together with their sources for a story.
I didn’t ask what the corporate mandate was related to RTO.
I agree that at this point the reports should be much more accurate. But I was asking the OP if his/hers chain of command is calling them out or if they only have to call out the inaccuracies.
A little perspective folks.
that's not bad. cruise ship with grandma for caregiver "leave" would take much longer
Its good to bring these things in public, otherwise they will keep doing wrong things. But there is no benefit posting here, you need to raise your voice to the HR and let them feel shame, like Stankey was made in media for his mistreatment of employees.
"Is anyone giving cr@p about the incorrect report?"
Yes, Stankey has referenced our presence in the office. What do you think he is using to measure that (one of those metrics he alluded to). However, it is really a measure of Stank's incompetence. It has been almost a year since they have been working the report and they still can't get it right.
