It’s been a week and a half since they announced RTO, yet the actual policy still hasn’t been posted. Any larger call I was on last week that included HR had tons of questions looking for clarification, only to be met with “we are still working on details” as a response. So when is the actual policy going to be posted? Some of us have lives outside of this job and need to plan accordingly.

Two and a half weeks, still no policy. Great job HR and ELT! This is certainly putting all questions and concerns to rest.

They have no clue what they are doing. Like everything else at Dell just following the leader with no “plan”.
You can tell the folks making policy have no clue how to do that. Reconfigure buildings to get rid of cubes then tell everyone to go back to the building? No admin support, IT support, or facilities plan for handling the influx of workers (I doubt facilities was even consulted). Just someone at the top making unilateral decisions because he felt like it. Then forcing it on an entire workforce with no notice. Great job!
It’s similar to announcement from scannel 6 months ago that said a detailed policy will be announcement in a few days. It never saw the light of the day..
Because like so many Dell initiatives- an announcement was made before policy and logistics were worked out.
They don't care. They want us to quit. Confusion is the point.
