Yeah. I don't think any of us that remain are here because we love the place. True. It used to be a good gig. But those days are gone. Unfortunately they are thinning the ranks and off shoring to make it as attractive as possible for a buyout since they botched the last one. The smaller the USA workforce the more attractive it is to a buyout. Keep searching my friends.
If you don't work at Blackbaud anymore, how could you possibly spend time on this forum? There are a lot choices for entertainment these days and I can't fathom spending a second of my time caring about this decrepit company once I'm gone. Literally, get a life.
