steady as in they can sleep without slouching over
CSO leadership is a complete joke.
Sounds like chief data and chief security offices. Never have seen so many stupid leaders from outside companies. All they know is how things were done at their old places and as such don't even comprehend when things won't work because of differences of all kinds. And don’t seem willing to even figure it out.
Steady isn’t great when you rank at the bottom for culture and best places to work rankings. You need change, starting at the top.
Not at all steady in some orgs. Seems their "culture" is to hire outside directors and up who know nothing about the businesses we are in...and you can tell by the stupid questions they ask.
They justify the hires by claiming bringing new ideas in. But how is it in any way good if they know nothing about the businesses they claim to want to shape?
@a7 , and buying at a premium & selling for fire sale prices.
turbulent as stinky breaks wind
Steady and consistent in poor leading, layoffs and sc--wing people over.
