I agree with your comment. It could be that numbers will be bad, and could be used as cover for doing layoffs after reporting.
If they were this week, we would already know.
Told you
@a4 I agree that it probably won't be during earnings week. But never say never. If O has good numbers on Tuesday they will probably ride that out first.
@a7 fake news
I was laid off last September, on a Monday. Best of luck to those affected.

How can they revoke before training managers about layoffs
What training? They read from a script, and in two minutes it's over.
@a7 How can they revoke before training managers about layoffs? If RIF lists were due this Friday, doesn’t it need some planning and training before layoffs? Are they revocation requests that are queued or org changes?
OIM is already scheduled for revocation of access for thousands
@OP And it won’t be probably in Europe because of work councils or whatever delayed last layoffs round to October or later
I doubt Tuesday as well because it is earnings date. Oracle never layoff in earnings date.
It’s usually Tuesday, salesforce did its last two major layoffs Tuesday
@a1 yes the layoffs are coming, but tomorrow is not the day

“Both equity and debt investors have raised questions regarding Oracle’s ability to finance this buildout,” TD Cowen said in its report, according to CIO.
