Does anyone know if severance is capped at 25 years of service? I have heard conflicting opinions.

Because it’s better than focusing on their own shortcomings or how lazy they are or how little effort they’ve put in.

Because they were never part of the problem and it’s 100% company’s fault.

Because they think the company owes them everything in the world and responsible for all the feelings hurt and their life choices.

Why do you even want to put it out into the universe for? The layoffs already happened. The business didn’t warrant a mass layoff or restructure. They achieved what they said the company was aiming to achieve. They made or beat their sales plan and also showed profitability in the comp doors they are going forward with. Some of you are way too obsessed with layoffs. Just leave it be and whatever is gonna happen will happen so why dwell on something out of your control. Everyone received their review emails today.
