Looks like all of EU service and primary sales gone offshore. I don’t think the premier teams are going this time round. It probably won’t be long before they get rid of them too though. I had a lot of customers complain about the service they received from offshore agents. I don’t think this was a clever choice of Wayfair just to save a few dollars
@a9 NA Primary Sales was eliminated. The few left which weren't let go, are being moved to Customer Service.
I was part of Wayfair Canada - Customer Service team was laid off. There were Ontario agents impacted i was one of them.
This is not correct.
UK & IE Service, NA & EU Sales, RMT, Engagement, EU Training, EU WFM.
I'm sure there are more teams at risk too.

@a9 headcount looks the same as it’s gone into 30 days consultation - around 108 given the news today - slack will appear as normal.
So which teams were actually impacted by today because all of my Slack channels look pretty much the same in terms of headcount

Laying off NA customer service, so sad what they have done to the employees for offshore workers.
